Average Speed

It is a system in which the vehicles exceeding the speed limit in the arterial roads are detected by calculating the average speed from the real-time data of the vehicles passing through the starting and ending points in the determined arterial roads. The system detects the real-time speed of vehicles passing through the entry and exit points created on the specified arterial roads through cameras placed on the road. It differs from point velocity measurement systems with its ability to measure velocity in a certain corridor.
